Shawn is a director in Scannell Properties’ multifamily and student housing market sectors. He oversees all aspects of the development and execution of our multifamily and student housing portfolio. Shawn brings more than 20 years of diverse industry experience to Scannell.
Prior to joining Scannell, Shawn managed complex development projects across multiple market segments. He led the construction team for a national multifamily developer and held various leadership roles in the commercial construction field prior to that.
From 2009 to 2012, Shawn served on staff with the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee, planning and leading the first Super Bowl Village. He later served as director of operations for Pacers Sports and Entertainment.
Shawn is a graduate of Purdue University and the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Program.
