Sam is a development analyst at Scannell Properties. He assists throughout the entire development process, primarily focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, due diligence, and market research for the Multifamily Team.
Sam is a 2021 graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he studied Finance & Real Estate and served as an associate in the inaugural class of IU’s Real Estate Private Equity Program.
