(London, March 12, 2019) --- Real estate development and investment company Scannell Properties has appointed Heiko Richter as part of the company’s strategic growth plans across Europe.

Scannell Properties has signed a long-term leasing agreement with Coca-Cola in Northern New England and the beverage conglomerate will use the Build to Suit Class A state-of-the-art 200,000 SF facility as a warehouse and distribution facility. Completion and occupancy is scheduled for November, 2019 in South Windsor, CT.

Scannell Properties announced today that it purchased 18 acres at 14241 Duval Road, near Jacksonville International Airport, to develop two industrial warehouse distribution facilities. It closed on the vacant property Dec. 20 for almost $1.63 million. The seller was the Higginbotham Land Trust.
