Scannell Properties has appointed Andrea Amoretti as Client Solutions Director, Europe. Andrea is the second Pan-European hire in recent weeks and joins the company from P3 Logistic Parks. 

Andrea will manage European Occupier Solutions and have responsibility for initiating and managing long-term strategic relationships with industrial, transport and retail tenants. He will also oversee all multi-site acquisition programs with specific focus on XXL logistic buildings, retail, e-commerce logistic facilities and cross-dock warehouses. 

Andrea brings 14 years’ experience in the engineering and construction sector. In his most recent position as Head of Construction for Western Europe at P3 Logistic Parks, he led the construction teams and managed all large-scale logistic projects in Italy, Germany, France and Spain.  Andrea coordinated all areas of projects from initial set up to final building handover and acted as the primary point of liaison for clients. Prior to this he held senior project management positions at international engineering and construction companies Arcadis and F&M Ingegneria. 

During his career, he has delivered over 7.5 million sq ft of warehouse developments, including large-scale facilities in the key regions of Bavaria and Ruhr in Germany, in north-eastern Italy and Madrid. He also led the master-planning stage of two major logistics hubs in Oman. Andrea holds both Undergraduate and Post Graduate Degrees in Structural Engineering and is a Chartered Member of the Italian Association of Engineering Professionals.

Geoffrey Pizzanelli, Scannell Properties

Real estate development and investment company Scannell Properties today announced the appointment of Geoffrey Pizzanelli. Geoffrey, who will join the company from AEW in January 2020, will take on the role of Capital Deployment Director for Europe and the UK.

Chris Yeakey

Chris Yeakey joins Scannell Properties with over 20 years of commercial real estate development experience for Indianapolis-based companies. In his new role at Scannell as Chief Administrative Officer, he will oversee strategic planning for growth and business development and operations improvement of financial outcomes.

Yeakey most recently worked as SVP Real Estate Operations for Milhaus a mixed use multifamily developer where he managed all aspects of Property Management, Asset Management, Human Resources, Risk Management and Information Technology.  Before Milhaus, Yeakey was the  Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield (Indianapolis), and prior was VP Regional Asset Manager, Duke Realty Corporation. 

He has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University and is currently a Managing Broker State of Indiana. He was named to Midwest Real Estate News CRE Hall of Fame.

David Duncan

Scannell counsel David Duncan was recognized in The Indiana Lawyer today. Duncan is the recipient of the President’s Award for Service to the Association. The article says, "The practice of law is constantly and rapidly evolving, and as the practice changes, the needs of our members change, too. After years of searching and homing in on how the bar should shift focus to better meet the needs of its members, it was determined that moving into a new space would be the right move for the Indianapolis Bar Association and Foundation. Many volunteers have worked tirelessly to help secure this future home, including Dave Duncan. He went above and beyond in leading the process to identify the bar’s needs and negotiate the new lease."

Duncan currently serves the IndyBar Board of Directors as treasurer.
