Scannell Properties has announced plans to build two warehouse units in Colleferro, Rome.
The announcement comes just weeks after the company released details of a 160,000 m² site on a strategic hub adjacent to Bologna Airport. Both projects form part of a wider expansion plan for the company in the Italian market.
Scannell Properties and officials in Evansville, Indiana, cut the ribbon last week on the “Post House,” a $42 million, mixed-use development in the city's downtown. The Post House, which received funding through the state's Regional Cities Initiative, was developed by Scannell Properties and Vectren Corp. as a "living laboratory" to test smart energy technologies.
