Scannell Properties Italy reinforces its Project & Construction team to deliver a growing pipeline of logistics developments

Expansion of Italian team: Filippo Arioli is the new arrival in role of Project Manager

Milan, 1 April 2022 – Scannell Properties, a private real estate investment and development company that focuses on the management of large-scale industrial and logistics projects has announced the arrival of Filippo Arioli, in the role of Project Manager, Italy. The company is bolstering the existing Project & Construction Management team to scale-up its activities and pipeline of speculative and build-to-suit (BTS) logistics projects.

Filippo graduated in Architectural Engineering from Turin Polytechnic and boasts more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction sectors, both in site management and real estate development.

For the past four years he worked with the supermaket chain Esselunga, where he held a position as Development Manager, with responsibilities for logistical, commercial and production activities.

His past experience also includes spells with notable General Contractors (C.M.B. Carpi, Rizzani De Eccher and Garboli), where he served as Project Manager and Construction Manager at major residential, commercial, logistic and hospital sites.

The new appointee will oversee project and construction management activities for a number of key BTS and speculative developments under development by Scannell. His fields of expertise range from the contractual, technical and economic management of orders, integrated systems management and Safety Management to the management of competitive bidding procedures.
