Scannell Properties adds Cameron Duff to lead development in Kansas City metropolitan area

Indianapolis, IN (Jan 5, 2022) Scannell Properties, an international commercial real estate developer, has named Cameron Duff as director of development for its Kansas City office. Duff will lead industrial development of more than 800 acres in the Kansas City metropolitan area. He also will expand the Kansas City office to accommodate additional future local projects and those in surrounding markets.
Duff’s expertise in the industrial real estate sector includes experience as a broker, tenant representative and developer. Most recently, Duff was founder and CEO at Logistics Realty Capital, LLC, focusing on industrial development including acquisition, investor relations, finance, and leasing.

Last year, Scannell Properties launched three new development projects:
- The 419-acre, 3 million SF distribution center and office park development at the former Woodlands racetrack at 9700 Leavenworth Road in Kansas City, KS.
- The I-35 Logistics Park in Olathe, a multi-phase industrial development that may include five buildings totaling nearly 3.5 million SF once complete.
- A 160-acre development in Bonner Springs, KS, that will include three buildings totaling 2.2 million SF.
