Scannell and KeHE Break Ground in Aurora, CO

Working with Scannell Properties, KeHE Distributors, an Illinois-based specialty food distributor will build a new 270,000 square-foot industrial facility in Aurora. The project broke ground November 10, which includes 60,000 square feet of cooler space and land for future expansion. In addition to the new Aurora property, Scannell is also building a new KeHE facility in Douglasville, Georgia. Both facilities will be LEED-certified.The expansion is expected to provide quality jobs in both Aurora and Douglasville.
