Jordan Corynen to Join Scannell Properties’ Expansion Drive in Europe

Real estate development and investment company Scannell Properties today announced that Jordan Corynen will join its drive into Europe as Managing Director for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Benelux region.
Jordan is the third high-level hire for U.S. owned Scannell in Europe this year, as it begins to execute on opportunities in the market. Jordan will work alongside the recently appointed Managing Director in Germany, Heiko Richter, and will be responsible for identifying and overseeing development projects to ensure that they meet the ever- evolving needs of tenants.
Jordan joins the company after 14 years with Goodman where he held the role of Regional Director DACH. During this time Jordan oversaw a strategy which drove growth in development activity and assets under management in Germany.
