Scannell Properties announced today a new milestone for its industrial development in Italy. The Indianapolis-based company expanded into Europe in 2018 and are focusing on the core markets of France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. They are currently developing a 770,700 SF logistics hub development called logisticairpark Bologna in Bologna, Italy.
Scannell Properties developed the new industrial property in Eastgate Business Park in Northern California.The building was recently purchased by Walnut Creek-based Nearon Enterprises.
