Matt joins Scannell Properties as VP, Project Management, where he will work with Scannell’s development team and clients to deliver new projects throughout the US.  Matt is responsible for coordinating all pre-construction and construction activities for new projects and he will manage pre-construction activities as they relate to due diligence, design, permitting, budget, and schedule. He also manages construction activities, closely monitoring costs, schedule, and quality while providing regular updates to the company’s clients.

Matt has degree in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University and has over 25 years of experience in design and construction with over 20 years of design and construction experience for real estate development firms. Matt has helped develop and build a variety of facilities ranging from warehouse distribution facilities, build to suit office buildings, medical office, mixed use retail and hospitality.  

Previously, he worked at Lauth Property Group in Carmel, Indiana for five years as  Sr. Vice President Construction. In this capacity, he had responsibility for day to day operations of pre- construction and construction management staff, interfacing with Lauth’s internal development services team and interaction with outside owners and clients.
