Fiori is a senior director at Scannell Properties, focusing on the company’s capital and investment strategy in the United States and internationally.
Over the course of her career, Fiori has been involved in closing more than $35 billion in commercial real estate transactions in United States and internationally. Prior to joining Scannell Properties, Fiori was at Eastdil Secured and JLL in Chicago and New York where she advised institutional clients on acquisition, debt and equity strategies and focused on sourcing and executing the full capital stack.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance-Real Estate and International Business from Indiana University in Bloomington and is proficient in four languages: English, Albanian, Italian and Spanish.
