Scannell purchased 27 acres of one of the last undeveloped sites at Imperial Center- which is considered Raleigh's premiere mix-use development sites. There are two buildings planned (SF TBD): Innovation 1 is a four -story office building that will be developed in the future. Innovation II is currently under construction and will be 62,355 of flex warehouse space. This park is right off the highway at the intersection of I-540 and I-40 and very close to the airport, shops and restaurants. The park has walking/jogging trails.
