Scannell purchased one of the last undeveloped sites within 450 acre Imperial Center- which is considered Raleigh’s premiere mix-use development sites. There are two buildings planned - Innovation 1 is the 63,335 SF flex that’s under construction (SPEC). A second 4-story office building is planned as Innovation II (Corporate BTS). The final park will consist of a flex space and an office space in the near future. This park is right off the highway at the intersection of I-540 and I-40 and very close to the airport, shops and restaurants. The park has walking/jogging trails.
