Scannell purchased 27 acres of one of the last undeveloped sites at Imperial Center- which is considered Raleigh's premiere mix-use development sites. There are two buildings planned (a total of 140,000 SF): Innovation 1 is a four story corporate office that is to be developed. Innovation II is 62,355 SF currently under construction. This park is right off the highway at the intersection of I-540 and I-40 and very close to the airport, shops and restaurants. The park has walking/jogging trails.
