Then we mobilize our design team. Based on our client’s needs, the team evaluates the site and design possibilities, and determines the best route to take. Given the building design, they determine the best way to get the most value for the cost.

Once plans for the site are determined, we obtain cost-effective financing. With our resources, we have the flexibility to structure diverse contracts and advantageous terms.

As construction moves forward, we manage all aspects of the development and continuously monitor costs and schedule..
